    Great value and made life very easy. The instructions on how to find the drop off point weren’t that easy to follow (well, they were but it wasn’t that we’ll sign posted - despite it being labelled as the “Heathrow” branded meet and greet and then there weren’t any signs signs to beyond the barrier, but we got there eventually!)

    Our experience was awful and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. We left from T5 and were returning to T3. I checked this would work over email and it was confirmed by staff. The car drop off was fine but upon return the car was not at the correct terminal. At this point our Son was incredibly sick we had to drag him onto a train to get to another terminal. The lady on the phone told me that the roads were gridlocked and the car couldn’t be brought to us. This was a complete lie the company were not organised that’s why the car was not at the terminal. The man on the desk in the terminal was equally as useless. He said there was no woman answering the phone to me. That no women worked for the company. I gave him our car receipt. He lost it and asked me numerous times to check my bag. I’d given it to him. After an about 45 mins the car arrived this was 2.5 hours after we had landed. There was no apology and no sympathy for my child waiting in the cold, being continuously sick- no empathy for the fact that he was ill and that the error had been made. Instead the man asked me what are you doing at this terminal. I explained that the lady on the phone had said the roads were gridlocked and to come here. He basically said she was lying and that no women worked for the company. It’s total nonsense and I will be seeking a refund for such terrible service.

Arrival procedure for Park Giant Meet & Greet – T2, T3 & T5 at Heathrow Airport

Please call 07857366664 or 07594517711 at least 30 minutes prior to reaching the airport.

  • T2: Head to T2 Short Stay Car Park Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows B where you will be met by staff (TW6 1EW)

  • T3: Head to T3 Short Stay Car Park Level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows B where you will be met by staff (TW6 1QG)

  • T5: Head to T5 Short Stay Car Park level 4. Park in a designated bay in rows S or R where you will be met by staff (TW6 2GA)

Customers are required to photograph their vehicle at the drop-off point in the short stay car park to support any claim for damage, and any customer with an EV must monitor their own vehicle charge levels and to report any issue to the company within 48 hours of return, even if EV charging has been booked.

Return procedure for Heathrow Park Giant Meet & Greet – T2, T3 & T5

On your return, please call twice on 07857 366664, Firstly, call as soon as you land and again once you have collected your luggage.

You must check your vehicle upon arrival and advise us of any concerns before moving from the parking bay. This can be done by taking a photograph/ short video while in the car park and sending on email to [email protected]. Driving staff and phone staff will be unable to provide further information and you must email the office to allow for an investigation.

Sign the paperwork and collect your vehicle from the designated point.

Entering the Heathrow Drop-Off areas (signposted) will incur additional fees that are payable directly to the airport.

Overview

There's no need to catch a transfer bus with Park Giant at Heathrow. Simply arrive at your pre-booked terminal and a driver will meet you and park your vehicle in a secure off-site car park to store while you’re away.


Fully insured drivers, airport fees included (within terms) and an Airport Approved Parking Operator. With EV vehicles, ALL customers are required to monitor their own vehicle charge levels whilst away and to report any matter to the company no less than 48 hours before booked return. Additional charges apply for vehicles above 2m of height, and customers are required to email [email protected] to advise upon/ prior to booking to confirm availability, additional costs and an alternative drop-off area.


Heathrow Airport is within the ULEZ, and it is a customer’s responsibility to check and pay ULEZ fees for the departure day and arrival day only (unless the customer is driving within ULEZ prior to travel, or after arriving).


The service operates between 04:30 and midnight. There are extra charges for returns outside of these hours, and customers are required to inform us of any changes to flight times.
