Wrong location details sent. After an hour of searching we stumbled upon a dirt road with no lighting and a barrier entrance. We were told that we should have been sent an email with an updated address, however we hadn’t received it. We were asked to wait in our vehicle for around 20 minutes. Unfortunately on our return our vehicle wouldn’t start and the extremely dark rough ground where our vehicle had been parked wasn’t helpful in getting a breakdown service to attend. The guys who worked at the “parking area” were very helpful and tried their best to get our vehicle started. They let us sit in a warm vehicle whilst waiting for the breakdown service. Unfortunately this took just under 5 hours.

Very good service, arrived in the dark and waited in the car for about 15mins, which the guy said. Took us to short stay carpark and dropped off. On return phoned when we collected bags, went back to where we were dropped off and the guy was there within 5 mins. Excellent service.

Arrival procedure for T3 Park & Ride at Heathrow Airport
Please keep the following information in mind:
Please call us at 07437 867 289 or 07511 544 379 when you are 20 to 30 minutes away from the car park.
On M4 junction 4, take exit A408 towards Stockley Road, follow A408 road for 1.6 miles until Stilwell roundabout.
Take 1st exit towards Colham roundabout.
At Colham roundabout, take 1st exit to Stockley Country Park.
Go through the height restriction gate (2 metres) and follow the direction signs “Terminals Parking".
Park your car at the
Drop off area and make your way to the reception.

On your safe return, we need you to call us two times at 07437 867 289 / 07511 544 379. Soon as you land and after you collect your luggage, Then proceed to short-stay Car park Level 2 Row A, where the shuttle van will pick you up

We're here to make your airport parking experience as smooth as possible. With our Park & Ride service, you can drive to the car park, and we will shuttle you to the Terminal. Transfers take just 20 minutes. This service is exclusively available for Terminal 3 only.

Terminals Parking Park & Ride car park is within the Ultra-Low Emission Zone (ULEZ Charging Zone).
We can only accommodate 4 passengers per shuttle/booking.

Make sure to have your booking confirmation email with you when you travel
Your vehicle needs to be roadworthy & safe to drive
