Website is easy to use. This year we booked fast track, the lounge as well as parking. Unfortunately our flight was changed to a different terminal but I contacted Skyparks and after a few emails. I was advised to rebooked and they refunded the other booking fee back to me within a couple of days

Rubbish service completion, no support on the arrival day
Booking process ok - but there is no emergency contact details to help a customer with a problem, no contact details for car park owner supplied either. It's absolutely useless to just have a booking service, if the parking is not actually provided, and no help available on the day.
